Job Summary

As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. You'll work closely with our sales team, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate support to resolve issues and concerns

  • Research and resolve complex customer complaints and issues, escalating situations as necessary to ensure timely resolution
  • Effectively educate and influence customers on the value and benefits of arenaflex's products and services
  • Identify customer trends and communicate insights to relevant business partners, leaders, and divisions to inform strategic decisions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including documentation, letters, and forms processing
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Participate in quality assurance testing for company software to ensure high-quality customer experiences
  • Attend benefit fairs, open enrollment meetings, and client meetings to provide information and support to attendees (as required)
  • Support sales representatives with customer inquiries related to orders and other customer-related issues (as required)

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center, insurance, manufacturing, software, telecommunications, retail, or eyewear industry

  • Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing competing demands
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to use discretion and judgment in applying customer/call handling guidelines
  • Familiarity with MS Office package and basic internet browser settings
  • Ability to work with multiple software programs simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills

* Experience working in a remote customer service environment

  • Familiarity with online purchasing and e-commerce platforms
  • Knowledge of payment processing and payment collections
  • Experience with quality assurance testing and software development
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
