Key Responsibilities:

As a Bilingual Customer Experience Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with issues and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Documenting call-related information accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining and updating customer information to ensure seamless interactions
  • Upselling current customers on new or enhanced services to meet their evolving needs
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using technology, including computer software and hardware
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations and cultures
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles
