Responsibilities

As an HR Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by answering HR-related calls, addressing employee inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Documenting all customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person conversations, to ensure accurate records and seamless communication.
  • Identifying, diagnosing, and initiating research to resolve customer issues, collaborating with internal stakeholders as needed to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Providing support within the HR Line of Business, including navigating internal resources, self-service tools, and HR technology platforms.
  • Communicating problem symptoms clearly and consulting with CS Tier 2 representatives as necessary to ensure effective issue escalation and resolution.
  • Escalating unresolved issues to senior representatives or management as needed, ensuring that employee concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Performing other duties as needed to support the HR team and ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional experiences in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role.
  • Previous call center experience is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of call center operations and customer service principles.
  • Virtual employees must have high-speed internet with a minimum of 25 MB download and 15 MB upload speeds.
  • Remote employees must live within a 60-mile radius of an arenaflex Hospital.
