Key Responsibilities
As a Part Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls from 3rd party customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing exceptional customer service to assigned accounts, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Accepting payments, verifying account information, and making updates or changes to account information, such as billing or contact information
- Informing customers about incentives or upgrades that they're eligible for, and promoting arenaflex's products and services
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
