Main Responsibilities
As a Work-From-Home Customer Product Support Specialist, your main duties will include:
- Properly Document In-Home Usage Tests: Follow instructions to document your experiences with the product, including screenshots, audio recordings, videos, and product journal entries.
- Take Care of the Product: Use the product responsibly and follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each project.
- Read and Follow Instructions: Carefully read and follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of the product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, and more.
- Participate in Private Chat Rooms: Engage in private chat rooms with market research firms to discuss the product being tested.
- Write Reviews: Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project.
Requirements
