Job Summary
We're seeking an ambitious and customer-focused individual to join our Administrative department as a Full Stack Data Entry Associate – Customer Success – Entry Level. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, while striving to inspire positive change within our organization. Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Associate – Customer Success – Entry Level, you'll have the following key responsibilities:
- Receive challenging calls transferred from Tier 1 agents and assist and troubleshoot customer concerns
- Verify data and information using a verification process
- Address customer questions while displaying exceptional customer service skills
- Document both customer concerns and solutions
- Meet or exceed all managed metrics
- Keep your community safe and make a difference

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Ambitious customer-focused individual with a strong desire to deliver exceptional service
- Ability to handle stressful customer interactions
- One year of Call Center, Sales, or leadership experience
- Strong computer skills with dual monitor experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle/process high call volumes, at times while adhering to scheduled breaks/lunches in accordance with business needs
- Ability to work from home with internet in a quiet area
- Computer connected to the internet via an Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
