Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry and Customer Service Representative to join our team in Elgin, IL. As a key member of our account management team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining data accuracy and ensuring the integrity of product information across our e-commerce partners. Your responsibilities will include reviewing product pages for accuracy, communicating with account managers, and providing support to address and correct any issues. Key Responsibilities:

Review Product Pages for Accuracy:
+ Regularly review and verify the accuracy of product information on our partner sites. + Check for consistency in product descriptions, images, pricing, and other key details. + Identify and report any discrepancies or errors to the account management team.
Communicate with and Assist Account Managers:
+ Provide support and assistance to account managers in making necessary corrections and updates. + Learn partner online portals as necessary to provide assistance as needed. + Collaborate with account managers to resolve any issues or concerns.
Maintain Data Accuracy:
+ Monitor, communicate, and provide assistance regarding updates to product data as needed to ensure ongoing accuracy. + Ensure that all product information is up-to-date and accurate across all e-commerce platforms.
Customer Service Support:
+ Provide backup support to the customer service team as needed, including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
