Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Data Entry Clerk to support our projects by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data entry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping. This is an in-person position, requiring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately enter multiple items into our systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy

  • Collaborate with project managers and administrative staff to collect and enter data, ensuring seamless billing and documentation processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
  • Perform data entry tasks with high speed and accuracy, meeting deadlines and productivity standards
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our systems, processes, and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High School diploma or equivalent required

  • 1 to 3 years of clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a data entry or related role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Advanced typing ability, with a minimum of 40 words per minute
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and productivity standards
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
