Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Manager to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for completing cybersecurity questionnaires in support of sales, monitoring incoming requests, and performing other data entry tasks as requested by management. Key Areas of Responsibility:

As a Data Entry Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key areas:

Cybersecurity Questionnaire Completion:

Complete cybersecurity questionnaires in support of sales, ensuring timely and accurate completion to meet customer requirements.

Incoming Request Monitoring:

Monitor incoming cybersecurity requests in a dedicated issue tracking tool (JIRA), prioritizing requests with internal business leaders to ensure efficient processing.

Information Extraction:

Extract information from the archive of past questionnaires to support sales efforts and improve response times.

Coordination and Review:

Coordinate final review with internal subject matter experts to ensure accurate and complete responses.

Progress Recording:

Record progress in issue tracking tool (JIRA) to track completion status and identify areas for improvement.

Additional Data Entry Tasks:

Complete additional data entry tasks as requested by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Training and Development:

Maintain all required corporate training up to date, staying current with industry developments and arenaflex's policies and procedures.

General Responsibilities:

Subject Matter Expert Input:

Solicit input from subject matter experts as needed to answer questions and ensure accurate responses.

Data Entry Accuracy:

Complete data entry tasks accurately and with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high-quality results.

Procedural Knowledge:

Learn necessary procedures, policies, processes, systems, and technology to perform tasks efficiently and effectively.

Problem-Solving:

Work on problems of limited scope, learning on purpose while gaining experience and developing problem-solving skills.

Ownership and Integrity:

Relationship Building:

Establish stable relationships with internal stakeholders, including subject matter experts and business leaders.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following technical skills and certifications are preferred:

Technical Skills:

+ Proficient computer skills, including MS Word and MS Excel. + Proficient with remote work tools, including MS Teams and MS Outlook. + Experience with JIRA issue tracking software.

Preferred Skills/Engineering Tools:

+ Cybersecurity experience.
