- Escalating issues to higher management when necessary
- Collaborating with the team to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Providing product information and recommendations to customers
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, phone, or email
- Provide accurate and timely information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Escalate complex issues to higher management when necessary
- Collaborate with the team to achieve customer service goals and objectives

Qualifications
