Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative on our Remote Team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound calls, live chats, and emails from customers with a high level of professionalism and empathy
  • Providing accurate and timely information regarding flight bookings, schedules, and travel policies
  • Resolving issues related to reservations, cancellations, refunds, and baggage in a fair and efficient manner
  • Maintaining a calm and composed demeanor in high-stress or time-sensitive situations
  • Accurately documenting interactions in customer service systems to ensure seamless escalation and resolution
  • Escalating complex concerns to the appropriate department, ensuring that customers receive the support they need
  • Meeting daily performance targets, including call resolution and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED; an associate degree is preferred
  • Prior experience in customer support or call center environments is a plus
