Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our clients
  • Working in a helpful and collaborative spirit to ensure the success of our organization
  • Handling client inquiries and resolving issues related to travel, baggage, and other services in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing our modernized retail location framework to manage tagging and registration, boarding, baggage handling, reservations, and other related tasks
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions to clients
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues or concerns to management

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner

  • Patient and empathetic nature, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in using technology, including our modernized retail location framework and other software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in the airline industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of airline operations, including baggage handling, boarding, and reservations
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with clients in multiple languages
