Job Responsibilities
As a Business Analytics Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of analysts who will investigate data and processes to gain insights that improve our global contact center support business. Your team will identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities to drive productivity and enhance customer experiences. Key responsibilities include:
- Data Analysis: Lead a team of analysts in analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to enhance customer experiences.
