Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Operator, your key responsibilities will include:

• Enter and maintain utility account information with high accuracy: Ensure that customer data is accurate, up-to-date, and secure.
• Verify account eligibility and accessibility for customers: Verify customer information to ensure that they have access to the services they need.
• Prepare and distribute work orders and mass communications: Prepare and distribute work orders and mass communications to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist with the mailing of billing statements and notices: Assist with the mailing of billing statements and notices to customers.
• Conduct monthly audits of incomplete account transfer requests: Conduct regular audits to ensure that account transfer requests are complete and accurate.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist: You'll need at least two years of experience in data entry or typing.
• Ability to pass computer skills, typing accuracy, and 10-key skills testing: You'll need to demonstrate strong computer skills, typing accuracy, and 10-key skills.
