Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in any field

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fundamental knowledge of data security and risk management standards, principles, and practices
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience or exposure to data security and risk management standards, principles, and practices

• Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow Administration, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
• Essential knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement
• Major understanding of project management systems, including the ability to design, manage, and maintain a complex, organization-wide program
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fundamental knowledge of technical environments
• Openness to agile philosophies
• Coursework or experience related to data security
• Ability to remain focused and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines
• Past investigator entry-level position experience within the past year
• Experience resolving business issues in a capstone or case competition
