Job Overview

As a Virtual Customer Care Professional, you will be the frontline ambassador for arenaflex, assisting cardmembers and clients with their inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email, providing timely and accurate assistance.

  • Resolve account-related issues, including billing, payments, disputes, and rewards program questions.
