Responsibilities

As an experienced Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately inputting and updating data into our company database
• Performing regular data reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Generating periodic reports based on data entries and client requests
• Coordinating with different departments to resolve data discrepancies
• Assisting in the development of improved data entry processes and practices
• Providing administrative support as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data entry or related fields are a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
