Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the frontline ambassador of our company, assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and reservations. You'll handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat, ensuring every interaction reflects arenaflex's core values of integrity, respect, and care. You'll use various systems to assist customers with ticket bookings, flight changes, and other travel-related inquiries. Additionally, you'll educate customers about arenaflex's policies, procedures, and promotions to ensure they have the most up-to-date information.

Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and professional support to resolve customer issues.

  • Assist customers with booking tickets, modifying reservations, and answering travel-related queries, ensuring accurate and efficient service delivery.
  • Provide support for customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to management as needed.
  • Educate customers on arenaflex's policies, procedures, and services, ensuring they have the most up-to-date information to make informed decisions.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the internal system, maintaining a high level of data integrity and quality.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to enhance customer service effectiveness, sharing best practices and ideas to improve service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to improve service delivery, staying up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and policies.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or airline industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.

  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
