Responsibilities

As a Lead Processing Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing Inbound Lead Data: Review and enter lead information into our CRM system with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensuring Data Integrity: Maintain high-quality data integrity standards by reviewing submissions for accuracy and completeness.
  • Tagging and Routing Leads: Tag and route leads to appropriate internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
