Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry and Timesheet Verifier at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our clients' employee records. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Enter and verify employee timesheets into internal systems: You'll be responsible for accurately inputting timesheet data into our internal systems, ensuring that all employee records are up to date and compliant with organizational protocols.
- Audit time logs for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with staff or managers: Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in identifying and resolving any discrepancies in time logs, ensuring that our clients' records are accurate and reliable.
- Maintain data records and support time-tracking audits as needed: You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee work hours, as well as supporting time-tracking audits and ensuring compliance with organizational protocols.
- Generate and format weekly reports based on verified work hours: Your ability to analyze data and create clear, concise reports will be essential in providing our clients with valuable insights into their employee work hours.
- Assist with onboarding data entry for new employees: You'll play a key role in ensuring that new employees are set up correctly in our internal systems, and that their records are accurate and up to date.
- Uphold data confidentiality and comply with organizational protocols: You'll be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of our clients' data, and ensuring that all organizational protocols are followed to protect sensitive information.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but an associate degree or higher is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, payroll, or timekeeping: You'll need to have at least 1 year of experience in data entry, payroll, or timekeeping, with a strong understanding of time-tracking software and spreadsheet tools.
