Key Responsibilities:

* Input and update shipment records, invoices, and logistics data with high accuracy, using arenaflex's web-based systems and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Validate existing data and monitor for inconsistencies or missing information, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and remote teams to verify data, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain digital records and support archiving efforts, adhering to arenaflex's compliance and documentation standards.
  • Follow arenaflex's policies and procedures, ensuring that all data entry tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and data management.

  • Previous data entry, clerical, or administrative experience, preferably in a logistics or transportation sector.
  • Strong typing speed (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy and precision.
  • Comfortable using web-based systems, Microsoft Office tools, and other software applications, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Must reside in or near Los Angeles, CA, with a quiet home workspace that meets arenaflex's requirements.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
