Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding support to our subscribers via phone, email, and live chat. You'll assist with technical issues related to streaming, billing, and account management, while maintaining high performance and customer satisfaction metrics. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring that every subscriber has a positive experience with arenaflex.
