As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing assistance to our subscribers with streaming issues, account management, billing inquiries, and general support.

Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for helping our subscribers resolve issues related to their accounts, streaming devices, and billing through phone, email, and live chat. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you're equipped to offer the best customer service possible. Key Responsibilities

- Provide Exceptional Customer Support: Respond to inbound calls, emails, and live chats from arenaflex subscribers, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues. - Troubleshoot Technical Problems: Identify and resolve technical issues related to streaming and devices, ensuring our subscribers can enjoy uninterrupted entertainment. - Assist with Billing and Account Management: Help subscribers with billing questions, account management, and subscription issues, ensuring a seamless experience. - Record Customer Interactions: Accurately document all customer interactions, tracking and following up on issues to ensure resolution. - Maintain Professionalism and Empathy: Provide a high standard of professionalism and empathy while helping customers, ensuring a positive experience. - Work Independently in a Remote Environment: Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve issues quickly and efficiently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

- Residency Requirement: Must reside in or near Plano, Texas. - Education: High school diploma or GED required. - Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required. - Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner. - Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively, with a strong understanding of streaming and device-related problems. - Stable Internet Connection: A stable internet connection and quiet home office environment are required to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution. - Independent Work Environment: Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision.
