Role Overview

As a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for communicating with customers in real-time through our online chat system. Key Responsibilities

- Respond to live chat inquiries, providing clear and accurate information regarding shipments, billing, and delivery. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to shipments, tracking, and customer accounts. - Maintain thorough documentation of all customer interactions. - Escalate issues that require additional support or follow-up. - Meet performance and quality standards as set by arenaflex.

Qualifications

- Must be based in or near Albuquerque, NM, and authorized to work in the U.S. - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Previous customer service experience, particularly in live chat, is preferred. - Strong typing and written communication skills. - Comfortable working with web-based platforms and multiple systems. - A reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace.
