Your primary responsibility will be to provide accurate and timely information, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions. Primary Responsibilities - Respond to inbound customer communications, including phone calls, emails, and online chats, in a timely and professional manner. - Provide information and support related to shipping procedures, delivery schedules, and issue resolution, using arenaflex tools and platforms to manage and document customer interactions accurately. - De-escalate sensitive customer concerns and collaborate with support teams to find appropriate resolutions, ensuring a positive customer experience. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions, adhering to arenaflex's service standards and values. - Utilize arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track and manage customer interactions, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution. Candidate Requirements - Must reside in or near Louisville, KY, and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. - High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in customer service, especially in remote or call center settings, is preferred. - Strong communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced virtual environment. - Reliable home internet and a distraction-free workspace, ensuring seamless communication and productivity. - Availability to work part-time hours, with a flexible schedule that meets arenaflex's operational needs.
