Key Responsibilities

As an RN Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting patients through live chat communication, providing real-time clinical support and triage, and delivering a compassionate, empathetic digital experience aligned with healthcare standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing real-time clinical support and triage to members via live chat, using evidence-based guidelines to assess symptoms and offer appropriate care advice.
• Documenting interactions thoroughly and accurately in the system, ensuring seamless communication and continuity of care.
• Escalating cases when necessary to higher-level medical staff or emergency services, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
• Delivering a patient-centered, empathetic digital experience that meets the highest standards of healthcare, fostering trust and confidence in our virtual care services.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the United States: We require a current, active RN license in good standing, with the ability to practice nursing in the United States.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience: With a strong foundation in clinical nursing, you will be able to apply your expertise in a non-clinical, digital environment.
