Job Description
We're currently seeking experienced full stack customer service representatives to join our remote team. As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and email channels. You'll handle customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach, meeting or exceeding defined service level goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Providing accurate and efficient solutions to customer issues or concerns
- Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in the system
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer inquiries
