Job Overview

As a Part-Time Online Chat Support Agent, you'll play a critical role in assisting customers through online chat, providing them with accurate and timely information about our products and services. Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Online Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

Customer Interaction

Problem Solving

Customer Feedback

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
