Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service & Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers with their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Checking and providing pricing information for auto parts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Processing orders for customers who choose to purchase, including collecting payment information and sending invoices
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales, using our CRM system to track and analyze customer data
- Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth purchasing experience, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Calling dealers and verifying part numbers to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborating with our sales team to drive sales growth and meet sales targets
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, using this knowledge to improve customer service and sales performance
Qualifications & Skills
To succeed as a Customer Service & Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, with a proven track record of success
