Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative - Spanish-English - Remote USA, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing Exceptional Customer Service: You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This will involve answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and building relationships that drive loyalty and retention.
• Driving Sales Growth: You'll also be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services. This will involve building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions that meet their requirements.
• Meeting Sales Targets: You'll be expected to meet or exceed sales targets, which will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with customers, and closing deals.
• Maintaining Accurate Records: You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and other relevant data. This will involve using our CRM system to track customer interactions, update records, and analyze sales data.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish: You'll need to be fluent in both English and Spanish to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Aptitude for Sales: You'll need to have a strong aptitude for sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Customer Service Orientation: You'll need to have a strong customer service orientation, with a focus on empathy, compassion, and active listening.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent: You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent to be eligible for this role.
• Strong Computer Navigation Skills: You'll need to have strong computer navigation skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Minimum Six Months Sales Experience: You'll need to have a minimum of six months sales experience to be eligible for this role.
