Job Summary
As a Remote Apple Creative, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer training and support as an instructor and facilitator. You'll utilize your presentation skills to guide small groups and individuals in learning and setup, and adapt your teaching style to each user's skill level and goals. You'll also contribute to an inclusive environment that respects and celebrates diversity, and demonstrate arenaflex's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
Responsibilities
* Lead scheduled training sessions and interact with customers between sessions
- Provide personalized support and guidance to customers
- Recommend in-store support options, such as business services and the Genius Bar
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Adhere to a structured training schedule and be flexible with your work hours
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

- Comfortable with selling and teaching, with a focus on customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a retail or training environment
- Experience working with Apple products and services
- Strong knowledge of Apple's ecosystem and products
- Experience in sales and customer service, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a remote environment and communicate effectively with team members and customers
