Key Responsibilities

As a remote customer service representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing consistently excellent customer service, ensuring a seamless experience at all contact points
  • Performing various airport-related tasks, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, baggage services, and ticketing
  • Working closely with team leaders, taking instructions and guidance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Conducting administrative tasks, such as pre-flight and post-flight departure procedures
  • Representing arenaflex, adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centric approach at all times

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented approach
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision
  • A strong customer focus and experience in face-to-face customer interactions
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to work in a shift environment (including weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, business, communications)

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role in the airline industry
  • Familiarity with airport operations and procedures
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
