Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and courteous manner
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience
  • Utilizing virtual collaboration tools, such as Zoom and Slack, to communicate with team members and stakeholders
  • Staying up-to-date on arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and informed support to customers
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, adapting to changing priorities and customer needs
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Technical requirements:

+ Dedicated workspace with a quiet and private area for phone calls and video conferencing + High-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/10 Mbps+ upload speed) + Webcam capability for video conferencing and virtual meetings + Reliable computer and software applications for customer service and communication

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple customer interactions and tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with minimal supervision
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills to meet customer satisfaction targets and KPIs
