Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support and delivering heart-driven service to our customers. You'll be the face of our company, and your passion, skills, and expertise will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our members. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional support and deliver heart-driven service to our customers

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a positive, helpful manner
  • Engage with customers in a patient, supportive way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer's quality of life
  • Demonstrate patience and empathy and express confirmation and confidence
  • Utilize strong customer service skills, including courteous phone etiquette and professionalism
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and standards for customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and issue resolution

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., call center, retail, customer support environment, hospitality industry, military experience)

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment
