About the Role:
In this exciting role, you'll begin with comprehensive in-person training at our Las Vegas manufacturing location, followed by a flexible work-from-home schedule. You'll be responsible for accurately entering data and customer orders into our ERP system, communicating effectively with customers, and reviewing and updating data to ensure accuracy. Responsibilities:
* Accurately enter data and customer orders into our ERP system
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their production orders
- Review and update data in the system to ensure accuracy
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in received data
- Report any data-related issues to your supervisor
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service (preferably in a manufacturing setting)
