Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team on a part-time remote basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring every interaction is positive and informative. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer service tasks such as answering calls, responding to emails, and assisting customers through social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media promptly and professionally
  • Assisting customers in making reservations and changes to existing flights
  • Providing detailed information about flight schedules, baggage policies, and other services
  • Resolving customer issues or complaints with empathy and efficiency
  • Documenting customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference
  • Collaborating with team members to share insights and improve service processes
  • Staying updated on company policies, procedures, and industry trends

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory
