Job Summary:
As a Virtual Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for arenaflex's airline partner customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, addressing concerns, and providing accurate information about our services.
- Utilizing problem-solving skills and in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's airline partner services to resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintaining customer records, documenting issues, and following up as needed to ensure resolution.
- Collaborating with fellow specialists and various departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
