Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients via inbound calls, addressing patient inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing timely solutions. You'll work closely with our team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and patient care, while utilizing your excellent communication skills and strong computer skills to navigate our systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients via inbound calls, demonstrating empathy and understanding
- Address patient inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide timely solutions
- Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our systems and ensure seamless patient support
- Collaborate with our team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and patient care
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge of our systems

Requirements
* 1+ year of customer service experience
- 6+ months of high-volume call center experience
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, or other applications
- Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
- COVID-19 vaccination requirement (subject to applicable laws and accommodations)
Preferred Qualifications
* 6 months of experience handling complex customer needs over the phone
- Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
Skills and Competencies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, or other applications
