Key Responsibilities:
As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting potential customers with obtaining quotes and navigating our online platform
- Responding to and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and thorough manner
- Utilizing multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email, to provide top-notch support
- Collaborating with our Support team to propose process and product solutions to enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
- Fluent English and Spanish speaking and writing skills
- Highly productive with excellent multitasking skills
- Passion for helping people, particularly with their health and wellness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment
- Familiarity with support ticketing and/or CRM software tools
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
