About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager for the EMEA Region, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Enterprise customers, ensuring strong relationships, ongoing product adoption, and long-term satisfaction. You will develop and maintain strategic Account Plans that align with customer business goals and arenaflex's solutions. Your primary objective will be to deliver regular business reviews to share insights, track progress, and consult on best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers, ensuring strong relationships, ongoing product adoption, and long-term satisfaction.

  • Develop and maintain strategic Account Plans that align with customer business goals and arenaflex's solutions.
  • Deliver regular business reviews to share insights, track progress, and consult on best practices.
  • Lead and coordinate customer-facing projects, including product feature requests and strategic account growth.
  • Drive customer engagement with proactive strategies that increase platform usage and deepen product adoption.

Requirements:

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of customer-facing experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field.
  • Experience leveraging tools and technology to enable proactive customer success.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain customer relationships that drive retention and growth.
  • Preferred background in the hospitality industry, with a passion for supporting the service industry and enhancing customer experiences.

Essential Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address customer needs.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand customer business goals and objectives.

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

* Experience working in the hospitality industry, with a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points.

  • Strong knowledge of arenaflex's products and solutions, with the ability to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Experience leading and coordinating customer-facing projects, including product feature requests and strategic account growth.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
