Key Responsibilities
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

- Ensuring precise documentation of all account interactions and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Communicating clearly and effectively, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.

Working Conditions
This position requires:
- Sitting and talking for extended periods.
- Working on a fixed overnight schedule from 11 PM to 7 AM.
- Remote work setup is necessary following the initial training period.
