Your Role as a Remote Customer Care Agent
As a Remote Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members via phone, addressing their inquiries, and empowering them to understand their coverage and options. Your primary objectives will include:
- Assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including prescription coverage, drug benefits, and mail order services
- Answering inquiries and providing solutions to enhance their healthcare experience
- Empowering members to make informed decisions about their coverage and options
- Providing support and guidance to members, ensuring they feel valued and understood
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and improve our services
What We Offer

Requirements
To succeed as a Remote Customer Care Agent, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1 year of customer-facing experience, preferably in a call center, retail, customer support, hospitality, or military setting
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to empathize with and support customers
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace, ensuring seamless communication and productivity
