A Day in the Life:
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurate data entry and seamless collaboration with colleagues within our pharmacy administration process. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Prioritizing and addressing customer service requests based on urgency and information needs
- Verifying and confirming the accuracy of dispensed medications
- Assisting in monitoring controlled substance (opioid) prescriptions for compliance
- Providing pharmacists with critical information regarding allergies, drug interactions, and relevant alerts
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

Required Qualifications:
* Valid certification/license as a pharmacy professional or as required by state regulations
- One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy professional
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in long-term care
- PTCB certification
- High school diploma or GED
