Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to inbound calls from members and suppliers, addressing inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization, and programs.
  • Maintaining a secure work environment with a reliable high-speed internet connection (Ethernet required, Wi-Fi not permitted).
  • Utilizing company-provided hardware and training resources to excel in the role.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service.
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's policies, procedures, and product offerings to ensure accurate and informed responses.
  • Meeting performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide creative solutions.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

While not required, experience in the following areas is highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarity with Medicaid and federal health insurance programs, with a strong understanding of the complexities and nuances of these programs.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools and technologies.

Compensation & Perks:
