Responsibilities

As a seasonal part-time customer service representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving customers' concerns or questions relating to orders, accounts, or products in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with navigating arenaflex websites and digital resources, providing clear and concise instructions and support
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, using empathy and patience to resolve issues and build strong relationships
  • Entering various types of data accurately and efficiently into multiple web-based applications, ensuring data integrity and quality
  • Communicating information in a clear and professional manner, both verbally and in writing
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management, including participating in training sessions and contributing to team projects

Qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills, including website navigation and usage, Microsoft Office, and email
