Responsibilities
As a remote chat support agent at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

Pay and Schedule Breakdown

- Agents with strong feedback after 30 shifts are eligible for raises to $30-$35/hour.
- Shifts are available every night of the week, with 4-6 hour blocks between 5 PM and 12 AM (your local time or U.S. EST/PST).
- Work as few as 3 evenings/week.
Training Program
* 2 hours of training videos focused on night shift workflows.
- Mock chats with response coaching.
- First shift monitored by a QA lead.
- Go live within 3-5 business days after acceptance.
Sample Evening Shift
* Work from 6 PM-10 PM.
