Job Description
As a Full Stack Data Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Intake file requests and understanding specific reporting requirements, including date range, statistics fields, and patron usage purpose
- Interpret and reconcile statistics discrepancies to deliver the most accurate reporting statistics
- Create custom statistics evaluations for use by human resources teams and unique departments
- Partner with reporting customers to refine evaluations
- Confer with stakeholders to ensure the successful functioning of newly finished systems or processes
- Ensure statistics integrity is maintained by efficiently interpreting variances and outliers to Leadership
- Ensure proper statistics protection and privacy guidelines are applied
- Resolve escalated issues through the research of discrepancies
- Blend and automate statistics
- Perform unique hobby duties as directed by Employee's Leaders
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Knowledge of thoughts and processes for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation, and benefits, tough works contributors of the own family, and negotiation, and personnel statistics
- Skilled in the knowledge of the effects of new statistics for every modern and future problem-solving and decision-making
- Skilled in adjusting actions in terms of others actions
- Skilled in the use of correct judgment and reasoning to select the strengths and weaknesses of possible solutions, conclusions, or techniques for problem
- Skilled in talking to others to hold statistics effectively
- Skilled in collecting, organizing, visualizing, and assimilating statistics
- Skilled in turning raw statistics into tremendous statistics using statistics-oriented programming languages and visualization software
- Ability to speak statistics and mind in speaking so others will understand
- Ability to apply famous guidelines to particular problems to offer answers that make sense
- Ability to take note of and understand statistics and mind presented through spoken terms and sentences
Education and Experience
* Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Entry-level experience, developing talents and knowledge in:
+ Relevant statistics/analytical/problem-solving roles
- Licensing/Certifications: N/A
- Physical Abilities:
+ Ability to perform work duties from a limited space workstation/desk/office area for extended intervals of time + Ability to speak and interact with others in the English language to meet the needs of the job + Ability to use a PC and unique workplace productivity equipment with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the needs of the job
Other Qualifications
* Must maintain a well-groomed appearance in accordance with Company appearance requirements as described in established guidelines
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the USA as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to test Company attendance requirements as described in established guidelines
