Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist – Live Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing real-time support to clients via live chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently

  • Documenting client interactions accurately in our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Support Specialist – Live Chat Support Representative, you'll need:
