Job Summary

We are seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our team of overnight, weekend, and holiday lost/stolen customer service agents. As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a 100% remote position, and we are looking for candidates who are available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues and ensuring their satisfaction

  • File disputes for customers who suspect fraud on their accounts and shut down their debit cards for safety
  • Maintain an empathetic and professional tone throughout all calls, even in high-pressure situations
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate to supervisors as needed
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two calls are ever the same
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associates Degree preferred

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Background check required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to use WIRED high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps (no WiFi)
  • Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 15 or higher) smartphone
  • Ability to problem-solve and think critically
  • Experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales

  • Experience working in a remote call center environment
  • Knowledge of banking and financial services a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Training and Development

* Virtual classroom training scheduled to start on Wednesday, October 30, 2024

  • Training will cover all aspects of the job, including customer service, dispute resolution, and problem-solving
  • Training will be conducted in a remote environment, and all equipment will be provided
