About the Role: As an Experienced Virtual Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service to our customers via phone, text, and email. You'll work closely with our care teams across multiple communication channels, championing our values and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Your expertise will be essential in supporting scheduling, general inquiries, and basic pet care information, while also transferring medical-related inquiries to our TeleAdvice team. Key Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional service to customers via phone, text, and email, ensuring a positive experience for pets and their people • Support scheduling, general inquiries, and basic pet care information, providing accurate and timely responses • Transfer medical-related inquiries to the TeleAdvice team, ensuring seamless communication and care • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive business growth • Champion arenaflex's mission and values in all interactions, embodying our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction What You'll Bring: • 1+ year of customer service experience in veterinary medicine, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service • Comfort working remotely and independently in a fast-paced, startup environment, with a reliable, quiet home workspace • High-speed, dependable internet connection, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration • Availability to work full-time (4 x 10-hour shifts/week), including weekends, with a willingness to work between 8 AM – 9 PM EST • Residency in one of the following states: AZ, FL, GA, NY, NC, SC, KS, TN, or TX • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner • Tech-savvy with experience using EMR, CRM platforms (Gladly is a plus), Slack, and Google Suite, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies Bonus Points: • Experience with Vetspire, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support • Experience with Gladly CRM, with a deep understanding of its features and functionality Compensation & Benefits: • $17/hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement • 4 shifts/week, 10-hour shift schedule, ensuring a healthy work-life balance • Fully remote role, with the flexibility to work from anywhere • Medical, Dental, and Vision plans, ensuring comprehensive coverage for you and your loved ones • Generous Paid Time Off, allowing you to recharge and refocus • 401(k) with company matching, helping you build a secure financial future Join the arenaflex Team: At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting our team members with the same high standards we have for our pets and their people. What We're Looking For:

Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of customer service experience in veterinary medicine, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service. • Tech-Savvy: Experience using EMR, CRM platforms (Gladly is a plus), Slack, and Google Suite, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. • Availability: Availability to work full-time (4 x 10-hour shifts/week), including weekends, with a willingness to work between 8 AM – 9 PM EST.
